A Renovation Celebration! Beautification on a Budget!

Recently, we renovated the search feature on our site…and then we were blessed enough to be involved in a creative capital campaign to restore, repair, and renew the LSCC church facility. Upon reaching our financial goal, a celebration BBQ lunch was born. Here at 3P…it was a privilege to help decorate this party…and we did some serious beautification on a major budget!

Our Practically Perfect Plan included renovations as our theme…on a budget that was lean! This construction zone theme played right through the party with tablescapes that cautioned guests and directed them right into the party zone. Our colors were lime green, safety orange, and caution yellow. Using a $20 off coupon, and using pre-partied balloon weights…we ordered centerpieces at less than $3 a piece. To cut down on costs, we alternated tables with 12 inch orange cones right out of Chris’ Man Cave/garage. Our event directional signage once wiped clean, was polished up to be the perfect conversation starter upon guests arrival.

We also alternated our orange, yellow, and green disposable table cloths to give the room pops of color and added dimension. Centerpieces were grounded with placemats alternating in our themed colors. Festive noisemakers, caution tape streamers, and colorful candy acted as edible table scatter and screamed renovation celebration.

Other party picks for decor were tissue table toppers + polka dot table cloths that completed our look with parameter decor. Wrapping paper plates with tissue created a party-feel without purchasing extra party-goodies.
