EXTRA! EXTRA! “TEA” all about it! We’ve been some very busy bees during the marvelous month of May! What a gift it was to enjoy our Hearts for Hope Tea for Club Christ this month, complete with tasty teas courtesy of Little Candle Tea Company, breathtaking tables courtesy of our tremendously talented tea table hostesses, dainty snacks courtesy of our Tea Team chefs, beautifully crafted silent auction and raffle items, and even a 3P sponsored photo booth! We had the BEST afternoon, sipping Chocolate Monkey and Chestnut tea, munching on gourmet sandwiches + cakes, and of course…admiring all of the tables that took us on a trip around the world without ever having to leave our fair city. Pirate ships sailed, Downton Abbey made a marveling appearance, Mexico came to Las Vegas, and Parisian dreams sparkled.
Globes abounded, many maps were featured, and favors shined! Brighton provided us with a bounty of bags, one for each of our hundreds of guests + our sponsor Sundvick Legacy Center provided luggage tags and ear buds for all our travel needs. Kendra of Club Christ lead us into a wonderful woman-inspired day full of surprises from our stage which was custom designed to resemble an old-time train station.
Ladies were treated to a motivating and captivating appearance by our beloved Kimberly Malloy, where we honored our World Changers! A few surprise young guests inspired us from Club Christ, the team truly showed us how it’s done with a new video, and of course everyone kept their eyes peeled on their raffle tickets. Janet Ortiz, one of our long time frieders helped out 3P with her kool khaki photo booth backdrop…everyone grabbed a prop and struck a pose! Be sure to check out the gallery of gorgeousness HERE!
Memories were made, laughter rang from the banquet hall, happy tears fell, and Club Christ shined in the spotlight. $24,000 was raised! Can you believe it? Our tea table lit up sparkling, with ornaments re-purposed as both favors and decor + atlases elevated or traveliscious and trendy pieces!
