We’ve been working hard and smart this month to keep our New Years resolutions running STRONG. Have you? This year we opted to be more budget savvy, be more grateful, stay more organized, and to live healthier in both mind and body. Here are a few how-to’s that kept us on track to our best year yet!
We started off setting goals in the Man Cave to be more awesome than last year!

We kept our resolutions in the kitchen, by being sure to “waste not, want not” and repurposing LOTS of tasty leftovers in healthy ways…HERE.

Celebrating resolutions of health, wealth, and prosperity the Chinese way to bring the best of luck!
…made a deal to Thai in Health in 2015 with heart warming recipes, body warming fitness, and soul warming practices of prayer!
And of course, promised to chalk it all up to love and gratitude this year with thoughtful gift giving from the heart!
