You saw our 10 Tips to a Stress-Free Wedding Day: Read on to gather some inspiration from the fruits of all of our stress-free labor! Following our Timeline was key and 3P Bridal Basics were in full-swing. The florals were picture perfect, aisles and tables adorned with shabby chic DIY darlings, centerpieces were a dynamic and dimensional work of art, and everything from the cakes to the candy buffet displayed a personal touch just as unique as the bride and groom. Take a peek at how it all came together:

A sensational ceremony began at Las Vegas Springs Preserve with over 90 friends and family members gathering to “pick a seat, not a side” and join together in celebration. A simple painted canvas (by Janet & Jessica), etched with white chalkboard marker welcomed all. Every seat was decked out with bubbles, customized “picture perfect” water bottles with photos of the bride and groom, and a program that doubled as a fan to beat the heat in the morning sun.  The gift table brimmed with creative offerings, and every guest signed Jessica and Deyon’s totally different take on the traditional guest book: a frame for them to keep forever!

Each aisle-side bottle was hand-crafted by Janet, color coordinated, and completely adorable! Burlap was an essential element to the theme and style of this breakfast bash and little pieces of this trendy brown fabric made appearances throughout the day in the cutest ways for flowers, centerpieces, photo curtains and more. These bottles also doubled as centerpieces for the dance floor and candy buffet area, during the reception. 3P did a quick “snatch and grab” post-ceremony, gathered each bottle and brought them all up to be re-displayed.

Centerpieces came together easily with a written plan from the mother of the bride…and we were delighted to see they used 3P Event Basics to achieve Practically Perfect dimension, height, and proper design groupings of 3’s, 5’s, and 7’s. Each centerpiece featured hand decorated bottles full of fabulous florals (so fabulous that Tammy, our floral designer had people asking if the bottles could be purchased from her at Smith’s…) tealights, mason jars with elevated stands, and hand-selected photos with messages from the bride…all grounded grandly with doilies and squares of burlap!

Each guest also received a take-home gift courtesy of the bride and groom: mason jars with customizable blackboard labels and matching chevron print straws! Each featuring a hand-stamped message of thank you on one side + “…and the story begins” on the flipside. Every table was stocked with chalk for decorating, and guests enjoyed sipping lemonade and iced tea from these crafty cuties before enjoying a full brunch buffet complete with eggs, bacon, a waffle bar, fresh fruit, and more. Devine Events catered everything deliciously.

Guests “got their boogie on”, even line-dancing on the dance floor, but not before snatching up a bag of of treats from the candy buffet! This assemble of sweets was a BIG HIT, boasting a selection of sugary goodness for all to enjoy while tying in the main color for the day: PURPLE!

Everybody had a blast with the DIY selfie photo booth that the father of bride had built. Complete with props easily purchased from Oriental Trading Co, and instant-polaroid film…attendees created a photo album for Jessica and Deyon to treasure! It also provided a fab backdrop for MANY cellphone selfies to be shared on Instagram with a custom hashtag! The “hip” new wedding trend is include a custom hashtag for all of your wedding photos to be easily viewable and sharable on social media! How tech-savvy!

Cupcakes are a hip and happening must for any party, and the happy couple included three types of cupcakes in their cake-ensemble. Their wedding cake and cupcakes were provided by “A Piece of Cake”…and they were delectable! Arranged carefully for added dimension with borrowed props from our dear friend Kendra: these cakes really “took the cake”! This DIY terracota display + a vintage suitcase for elevation got these desserts the attention they deserved!

A special edition Groom’s cake (baked by Rena, a family-friend) was a surprise from the bride, all geared toward the groom’s love for Chevy!

A bridal bouquet made of faux flowers and vintage brooches was beautifully made by the Mother of the Bride, complete with a tucked away photo of Jessica’s grandfather who couldn’t be with us on this day. Such a breathtaking and unique bouquet, with a touch of family sentiment. That can be kept forever.

The sweetheart table was decked out with a J&D for Jessica and Deyon, featured their Unity Knot and a few minimalist pieces that further “tied in” their theme while adding balance, height, and a few pops of color to surround the happy couple. The unity knot was a fun and unique section of the ceremony to signify their love and commitment to one another, so they really did “tie the knot”!
