Holiday Happy: Snowman Soup on a Christmas Scented Morning!

The simple pleasures of life this season…a few of my favorite things:

– a small package in the mail

– the aroma of Christmas

– a favorite holiday mug totally filled with hot cocoa and marshmallows

All of this combined with taking a few “me” moments…yes, it’s going to be a very merry day!

My dear friend Patricia sent me the perfect little holiday package (she even used wrapping paper to make the cute envelope!), and inside was everything I needed for “Snowman Soup”. All I had to do was turn the kettle on, pick a favorite holiday mug, add marshmallows to my Snowman Soup mix and instantly I had the perfect cup of holiday happiness! The “soup mix” is cocoa mix, with mini chocolate kisses, and a candy cane to stir with.  This is such a great gift that’d be easy to whip up quickly for a friend that needs a little “Holiday Happy”, or a great Christmas favor.

The poem on the front reads:

“When it’s so cold that you holler and whoop,
It’s time to bring out the Snowman Soup!

Pour the packet in the mug, add marshmallows too.
And throw in these kisses from the Snowman to you.

Now add some hot water and use the candy cane to stir it.
Sip slowly and soon you’ll feel the warm winter spirit!

But to add even more Christmas cheer to my morning (and to my whole house)…I received some incredible smelling Holiday Spray from “Zeeta”! It’s called “Heartwarming” and contains lovely essential oils like cedar-wood, cinnamon, clove, scotch pine, orange, and witch hazel. It smells JUST like Christmas morning! To be able to have my home smelling like the perfect Christmas morning, after just a few sprays and have a hot cup of “Snowman Soup”…there was simply no better way to start my day.
